What is our Returns Policy ?

At Bull Proof we want to ensure all our customers are left satisfied with their purchasing experience, that’s why we have a guaranteed 30 day returns policy! To be eligible for a return/refund, please make sure that your product meets the following criteria prior to being returned :

  • The product is returned within the 30 Day period
  • The product is returned in its original condition (as received) with all parts included
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • A copy of the proof of purchase is provided
  • You have notified staff that the product is being returned and the reasons for. A staff member must approve of the return prior to it being sent (we may require photos of the item).

Warranty Information
Warranty Coverage
  • Defects in materials, such as fabric, zippers, poles, and other components.
  • Workmanship issues, including stitching and construction faults.
  • Manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity or functionality of the rooftop tent.
Warranty does NOT cover
  • Normal wear and tear from use, including fading, scratches, and abrasions.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
  • Damage resulting from extreme weather conditions, including wind, hail, or storms.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Any incidental or consequential damages.
Claim Process
  1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will assess the claim and may request additional information or photos to evaluate the problem.
  3. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective parts or product at our discretion.
  4. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service.
  5. Repaired or replaced items will be covered under the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.
Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product correctly. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Exclusions

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the rooftop tent. It does not cover products purchased from unauthorised resellers or second-hand purchases. Additionally, any alterations or modifications to the rooftop tent may void this warranty.

Rooftop Tent & Awnings

Our Rooftop tents & Awnings are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. See details below.

Our apparel and accessories are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
