What are your hours?
We are open 9-5pm Monday to Friday.
For weekends and after hours, we are available by appointment only. Get in touch with us to organise a time!
Parcel Items
Our main parcel carrier is Sendle. In the case that we can not use them, we will either use Aus Post or Couriers Please.
All services will come with tracking details. These will be supplied once your order is full filled.
Residential & Business Delivery is available for parcels.
Freight Services
Freight services are used for the transport of any large items, such as Rooftop Tents, Awnings and Solar Panels. (Anything longer than 1.05m).
Some items such as a rooftop tent, will be packed on a pallet for safe transport.
All products that require freight will be strictly sent to your nearest depot (as quoted at checkout).
Business & residential deliveries available on request. Additional charges may be involved.
What is your Warranty Policy
All Bull Proof products come with a standard 12 month warranty , unless stated otherwise.
To give you extra reassurance, we keep all replacement parts and items in our warranty stock. So we will always have you covered!
What does warranty cover?
Warranty is the ultimate saviour when it comes to product manufacturing defects!
Warranty doesn't cover silliness.. this includes :
* Misuse/abuse of product
* Improper installation
* Accidents & alterations
* Normal wear & tear from use
* Damage from extreme weather conditions

Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return period. If you notice your item is faulty, damaged or you received the incorrect size or product, let us know within 30 days to be eligible for return.
The item must be in new condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Online Orders (Delivery)
Orders that are placed before 10am during the week, will be dispatched either the same or next business day depending on the item.
Express delivery is available on request.
Online Orders (Pickup)
If you have placed an online order and wish to collect from our warehouse, simply select the pickup option at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
If you wish to organise a specific time, give us a call.
