What is the Return Policy ?
At Bull Proof we want to ensure all our customers are left satisfied with their purchasing experience, thatβs why we have a guaranteed 30 day returns policy! To be eligible for a return/refund, please make sure that your product meets the following criteria prior to being returned :
- The product is returned within the 30 Day period
- The product is returned in its original condition (as received) with all parts included
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- A copy of the proof of purchase is provided
- You have notified staff that the product is being returned and the reasons for. A staff member must approve of the return prior to it being sent (we may require photos of the item).
* Please ensure that your contact details are provided so that a staff member can contact you when the item is received.*
Reasons for returning an item :
- Incorrect item
- Incorrect sizing
- Defective Product / Manufacturer Defects
* Please note that sale items can NOT be refunded.*

Refund Information
Once your item has been returned and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that it was received and either approved or rejected for a refund.
Providing that your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed. If it seems to be taking longer, please notify us as soon as possible.
Please note : Shipping, delivery and installation costs will not be refunded. It is strictly limited to the product value.

- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item (unless stated otherwise by one of our staff).
- If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

The Process of Returning an Item
- Send an email with all necessary details to sales@bullproof.com.au
- Wait for an email back either approving or rejecting your return request
- Once approved, package up your item, ensuring that it remains in its original condition
- Drop it off at your local post office or with your chosen shipping company
- Once we receive your item, we will notify you and proceed with the return or refund.
