Quick Release Rooftop Tent Mounting Brackets (Set of 4)

Registered Bull Proof design 202516544. Our hinged mounting system bolts to your platform rack or bars, then flips up and fixes into your tent's side extrusion. Mount and remove your rooftop tent without fighting under the rack. Designed, tested and made by us in Pakenham, Victoria.

• Fits a range of platform racks: compatible with racks like Rhino-Rack, TrailMax, Cobra Roof Rack, Yakima and more.
• Suits many hardshell rooftop tents: check the bracket dimensions against your tent before ordering - fix the base of the bracket to suit the width of your tent.
• Strong support through the side extrusion: the rooftop tent weight is entirely supported by your roof rack/bars, and the brackets work by securing your tent in place.
• 3mm Stainless Steel: black textured powder coat for durability and a stealth finish.
• Two base lengths: short (235mm) or long (325mm), so you can match your rack, and rooftop tent width.

How It Works

1. Bolt the base to your roof rack or bars. Measure the distance between the brackets so they sit at the exact width of your tent.
2. Flip up the hinged side bracket and check the position.
3. Place your tent on with the bracket face flipped down
4. Secure it - flip the bracket faces up to your tent's side extrusion and secure with the supplied bolts.

Choosing Your Base Length

For Bull Proof tents, choose the short base for the SLV and the long base for the XLZ. For other hardshell tents, check the dimensions in the bracket diagram against your tent, or send us an enquiry. Brackets need a minimum of 18mm clearance under the tent to be compatible.

Load Rating

The load rating of your setup is set by your vehicle's roof rack or bars, so check the rating for your rack and the weight of your tent.

Fitment

Your hardshell rooftop tent needs a suitable side extrusion for the brackets to bolt into, and your rack or bars need to suit the base length you choose. Not sure it will fit? Send us an enquiry and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.
