We’re hands-on through every stage - from developing and testing products to helping customers choose the right setup and supporting them well beyond their purchase. Our range combines carefully selected global products with innovative Australian-made solutions, delivering dependable quality, practical design and genuine value. What a lot of people don't know, is that Bull Proof is primarily run by 2 sisters (yep that's us), with a mission to shake up the industry with a great product range and a level of customer service that you just can't beat. It's a "female" touch to the outdoors industry, with a high attention to detail in everything we do.

About Jacqui

Jacqui has been at the heart of Bull Proof since day one, driven by a clear ambition to build a standout name in the Australian outdoor industry. There isn’t an area of the business she hasn’t been involved in - from product development, installations and warehouse operations to website design, social media, customer service, partnerships and leading the team. Her hands-on approach means she’s just as comfortable working on the tools to perfect a customer’s setup as she is planning Bull Proof’s next stage of growth. Jacqui’s uncompromising attention to detail and genuine care for every customer helped establish Bull Proof’s reputation for exceptional service from day one. Her belief in going above and beyond continues to shape the business, the team and everything the Bull Proof brand stands for.

About Georgia

Georgia officially joined Bull Proof three years ago and quickly became an essential part of the team. Known for her vibrant personality, infectious energy and natural ability to connect with anyone, she brings the perfect balance of professionalism, creativity and fun to the shop every day. From customer service and product advice to warehouse operations and being hands-on with installations, Georgia has experienced every part of the business and has an exceptional knowledge of the Bull Proof range. Her approachable nature and genuine enthusiasm ensure every customer feels welcome, understood and confident in their setup. And just as importantly, she’s the team’s undisputed expert at whipping up a cracking morning coffee.
