Care & Maintenance

GENERAL MAINTENANCE :

- Air the tent out after each trip and do not leave for any longer than 2 weeks!

- Give your tent a thorough clean between trips.

TIP :

Use moisture absorbers inside the tent whilst packed up. They keep the tent smelling fresh and moisture free!

PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION : 21CAPTAINS Air Refiners

CLEANING :

- Use a soft brush and cold water to clean the canvas.

- Avoid using any harsh chemicals

- Store the tent dry to prevent moisture damage.

CONDENSATION :

- Keep windows open for airflow - balance internal and external temperature.

- Use a fan to help circulate the air.

- Pack a shammy towel to wipe up any damp areas before packing up the tent , we recommend 21Captains Shammy Towel

- Regularly air out the tent if not in use for long periods of time (2 weeks).

- Consider removing and storing the mattress separately.

- Use 21Captains moisture absorbers to assist in moisture and odour control

If you look after your tent by following our maintenance tips, you will assist in promoting the longevity of the product and ensure that your home on wheels is ready for any adventure.
